stump speach:
fūd meals are a Do It Yourself alternative to a corny "Soup Kitchen". fūd is not a place to show up so that you can "serve the poor". fūd is not a place to grab a free meal and go. fūd is a community meal that where everybody is flat. Rich, poor, ethnic, or American (notice how I am accusing Americans of having no ethnicity...very sneaky), fūd will be a success when a diverse community of people show up to share a meal together. Our neighborhoods and communities need to create a culture of community that respects and enjoys the diversity that surrounds us. fūd is a simple, low maintenance, Do It Yourself attempt of meeting that need.
